Your fave work out songs

Okay, team effort needed her guys! What's your favourite work out song? I have a few that I love to listen to. I wanted to upload some more to my playlist so that I have just one set of songs that I listen to whilst I am at the gym rather than having to worry about changing the tracks from something soothing to something a bit more up beat.

Here are my top 10 at the moment, in no particular order...

- Uprising by Muse
- Mr Brightside by The Killers
- Baby I'm getting better by Gyroscope
- The best of you by The Foo Fighters
- Talk like that by The Presets
- Control by Puddle of Mudd
- Supermassive black hole by Muse
- Love today by Mika
- I want you bad by Offspring
- Peacock by Katy Perry

  1. Hahahaha, that makes me giggle Steph, cause I do the same thing!! I have a playlist on my iPod that is for when I walk, it is sooooooooo 80's music though!! Stuff that makes you smile is the best way to work out, so because they make me walk faster here is my 'walking' list : Eleanor Rigby - the version by Zoot not the Beatles, Land of 1000 Dances, Turning Japanese, Mickey by Toni Basil, Boogir Fever (The Sylvers) some Girls by Racey, Funky Town by Pseudo Echo, Michael Jackson's Beat it, Thriller, Don't Stop 'Till you Get Enough, Bad. Are you getting the picture? All 80's types all my era music, some pretty awful stuff, but up beat, makes me giggle and I keep. A good pace walking!!! Keep working hard!!!

  2. Final Countdown - Europe. I know, I know, late 80's, shows my age, but it rocks out and it's great for the last few minutes on the bike or walking machine. Gives you an extra push to the end.

  10. I love "I like it" by Enrique Inglesias, "Gonna make you sweat" by Snoop Dogg (scary, I know), most of the boppy songs from P!nk, "Everlong" by Foo Fighters and a good glass and a half of 80's goodness (Tears for Fears, Nik Kershaw, Duran Duran, Culture Club, Howard Jones etc...)
