Exercise log - to keep me honest!

I am going to keep a record of my exercise.  This well help to keep me honest and keep me on track :)

August 2015

13.8.2015 - 45 minutes Aqua aerobics, 15 minutes cycling, 10 minutes of walking, 10 minutes of cross trainer.

16.8.2015 - 15 minutes of cycling, 15 minutes cross trainer.

17.8.2015 - 15 minutes cross trainer, 12 minutes cycling.

July 2015
1.7.2015 - 5.15am - 15 minutes of bike and 15 minutes of treadmill

1.7.2015 - 7.15pm - 1 hour of fat blaster circuit

8.7.2015 - 6pm - half an hour of PT in the pool

8.7.2015 - 7.15pm - 1 hour of fat blaster circuit

9.7.2015 - 7pm - Aqua aerobics

10.7.2015 - 1pm - 15 minutes of treadmill and 15 minutes of bike

11.7.2015 - 3pm - an hour of circuit and cross trainer combined

12.7.2015 - 4pm - an hour of circuit with 10 minutes of cross trainer and bike

14.7.2015 - 5.20pm - half an hour of PT

15.7.2015 - 7.15pm - an hour of fat blaster circuit

17.7.2015 - 9ish - 45 minutes or so of various cardio activities

27.7.2015 - 20 minutes of cross trainer, 15 minutes of walking and 10 minutes of cycling.

28.7.2015 - 30 minutes of swimming and 30 minutes of PT

29.7.2015 - 45 minutes of circuit class, 15 minutes of cycling, 15 minutes of walking and 10 minutes of cross trainer.


June 2015
18.6.2015 at 7pm - an hour of aqua aerobics

22.6.2015 at 10.30am - half an hour of PT

23.6.2015 at 12pmish - 15 minutes of the treadmill and 15 minutes of the bike

24.6.2015 at 4.15pm - 15 minutes of treadmill (1.17km walked average 4.5km) and 10 minutes of bike (4.31km travelled average 25.3km/h)

25.6.2015 at 1.30pm - half an hour of PT (treadmill, bike, boxing and step ups)

30.6.2015 at 5.45pm - half an hour of PT (treadmill, cross trainer, bike)

Ancient information!
I was going to delete the information below as it was from such a long time ago but I think that I should leave it here.  It will help me work out where I was at with my fitness when I was at my peak and give me something to strive for :)

February 2011
16.2.2011 at 8.30pm - 2.6km walked in 30 minutes at the Gym.

18.2.2011 at 9.30pm- 1/2 of Zumba at home.

19.3.2011 at 8pm - 2.55km walked in 38 minutes outside.

23.2.2011 at 1pm - .9km done in 13 minutes and 1/2 hour PT including another 1km walk done at the Gym.

24.2.2011 at 8pm - 2.65km walked in 32 minutes outside

March 2011
3.3.2011 at 1.15 - PT session at the Gym and tonight I did 2.8km in 44 minutes.

10.3.2011 - PT session at the Gym

23.3.2011 - 2.14km walked in 31.23 minutes at the Gym

29.3.2011 - 2.5km walked in 48 minutes outside.  I had the kids with me so I was a little slower than normal!

April 2011
2.4.2011 - Relay for Life.  I walked 12 laps of the course which is 12km

4.4.2011 - Walked in the pool and did a distance of 1.6km non stop and at a rapid rate

7.4.2011 - Walked to the Gym 1.6km in 23.50 minutes and had my PT session when I got there

8.4.2011 - Walked at the Gym for 35 minutes.  I did 2.53km in 36 minutes

11.4.2011 - 800 metres of swimming

14.4.2011 - 2km of walking before my PAINFUL PT session

27.4.2011 - 1.4km of walking in 20 minutes.  I also did 4.44km on the exercise bike.  I was doing 71 RPM (on average).  Quite impressed :)

28.4.2011 - Great PT session.  Lots of stairs!  I went back to the Gym later in the afternoon.  I did half an hour of walking and did 1.8km in that time.

29.4.2011 - About 45 minutes of walking and running in the pool.

30.4.2011 - An hour in the pool.  I am SO TIRED!  I did 22 laps of swimming and 4 laps of running.  28 laps in all = 700 meters.

May 2011
1.5.2011 - 15 minutes on the treadmill, 5 minutes on the cross trainer and 1 minute on the stair machine (hey, you gotta start somewhere!).

2.5.2011 - I did 2.33km in 31.08 minutes on the treadmill.  I did 2 minutes on the cross trainer (still hurts my knees a bit – I’ll increase it by a minute each time I go) and I did 10 minutes on the bike and rode 5km.

3.5.2011 - I did my first aqua class today :) I also did 15 minutes of bike and rode 7.2km.  I did 2 minutes on the cross trainer.  Was going to do 3 but don't want to push my knee.

4.5.2011 - 1.12km on the Treadmill in 31 minutes and 15 minutes on the bike and rode 5.65 in that time.

5.5.2011 - OUCH.  1 full on PT session at the Gym.  I'll feel this for at least a week!

9.5.2011 - 11 floors of stairs at work, 32 laps of the pool (800 meters), 7km on the bike (15.37 seconds), 1.35kms on the treadmill (slowly taking 21 minutes) and 2 minutes on the cross trainer.

12.5.2011 - Half an hour of personal training and 4.5km on the bike

24.5.2011 - A really half hour PT session

26.5.2011 - Half an hour of PT

02.06.2011 - Half an hour of PT

07.06.2011- Half an hour of PT - Cardio and upper body

09.06.2011 - Half an hour of PT - mainly upper body.  Ouch!

16.06.2011 - Half an hour of PT - after a week, it was good to get back into things!

19.6.2011 - 2.5km of work in the pool

20.6.2011 - 3 minutes of cross trainer, 1.5km of treadmill (21 minutes), 6 flights of stairs and some weights.

21.6.2011 - Half an hour of PT - I RAN FOR THE FIRST TIME!

23.6.2011 - Climbed 27 flights of stairs

24.6.2011 - Half an hour of PT

26.06.2011 - 4 and a half minutes on the cross trainer, just over 11 minutes on the treadmill (I did a K in that time - did some running and walking), 7 minutes on the bike - 3km in that time.

28.6.2011 - Half an hour of PT

30.6.2011 - A VERY intense PT session.  OUCH.

July 2011 
4.7.2011 - 5 minutes of the cross trainer, half an hour of a mixture of walking and running (2.27km on the fat burner 3 setting).  Apparantly, on the treadmill, I burnt 433.6 calories :) yay!

6.7.2011 - 40 minute PT session. Running, stairs, boxing, weights...

7.7.2011 - 30 minute PT session. Boxing, squats and lunges - and running at 9.2kph!  Eeek!

9.7.2011 - 5 minutes on the cross trainer, 31 minutes on the Treadmill (2.41km on the fat burner 3 setting) and some weights.

12.7.2011 - 30 minute PT session. 

14.7.2011 - 30 minute PT session.  Was a tough one today!

17.7.2011 - 25 minute walk and run in the rain :)

19.7.2011 - 30 minute PT session - lots of boxing.  Getting ready for the stairs on Friday.

21.7.2011 - 45 minute PT session.  Stretches, leg stuff and preparing for tomorrow.

22.7.2011 - 47 minutes worth of stair climbing!  46 floors - done!

26.7.2011 - half an hour PT session.  Mostly upper body work and horrible, horrible sit ups.  20 to be exact.

27.7.2011 - Day 2 of the 'couch to 5k' iPhone app which took half an hour.  I walked an extra 5 minutes and travelled 2.62km in the 35 minutes.  Apparantly I burnt 381 calories!  I did 5 minutes on the cross trainer and burnt 70.2 calories.  I also did some weights.

28.7.2011 - Aqua areobics - I think it went for 45 minutes?  Ouchies.

August 2011
2.8.2011 - PT session for half an hour.  I'll feel it tomorrow :)

3.8.2011 - 2.92km in 30 minutes.  Day 3, week 1 of my Couch to 5km app.  Ouch!

4.8.2011 - half an hour PT session.  Last 'two a week' for a while!

7.8.2011 - an hour or so in the steam room.  Has to count as some kind of exercise!

9.8.2011 - Day 1, week 2 of my Couch to 5km app.  Took a bit to get back into it...

10.8.2011 - 10 minutes of cross trainer - .96km and half an hour in the pool

September was pretty much my Month of sickness and rest...

October 2011
5.10.2011 - 10 minutes on the bike, 5 minutes on the treadmill and 5 minutes on the cross trainer along with some upper body exercises.  400 calories burnt according to my heart rate moniter...

6.10.2011 - PT session.  37 minutes of hard work!  490 calories burnt, average heart rate 135 and maximum heart rate 159.

8.10.2011 - I went for a walk around Mooroolbark.  It nearly killed me!  52 minute walk, 4km - 765 calories burnt, average heart rate 142 and a maximum of 164.  Shocked that I didn't die as I went up the hill!

10.10.2011 - gym session.  50 minutes (inculding cool down).  Cross trainer, bike and Treadmill.  I also did a few upper body work outs.  705 calories burnt, average heart rate 141 and a maximum of 165.  It was the first time Lachie came to the gym with me :) it was fun.

January 2012
13.1.2012 - back to the gym for the first time in a long time.  Did a half an hour work out.

15.1.2012 - outdoor work out.  Lots of boxing, running, walking and stretching :)

16.1.2012 - another outdoor work out :) lots of running, boxing and walking.
